These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilliz platform and all associated services. By creating a jilliz account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jilliz. One account per person. All registration details must be accurate and verifiable. Accounts registered with false information may be terminated without notice or refund.
All deposits to and withdrawals from jilliz are processed through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and others. Processing times and minimum thresholds apply. Funds sourced from prohibited activities will result in account suspension.
All jilliz bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting software errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.
jilliz uses independently certified RNG software. Collusion, use of bots or automated tools, chip dumping, and any other form of gameplay manipulation is strictly prohibited. jilliz reserves the right to void bets placed under circumstances that compromise game integrity.
jilliz is committed to player welfare. Deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion, and cooling-off tools are available to all account holders. The platform operates within PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. 21+ only.

By accessing the jilliz Platform, creating a jilliz Account, or using any jilliz Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the jilliz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jilliz. They supersede any prior verbal or written representations made by any jilliz agent, affiliate, or promotional partner regarding the operation of the Platform or its Services.
To register for and use the jilliz Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one active jilliz Account. Duplicate account registration — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jilliz uses technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts may be suspended and funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. jilliz will not be liable for any failure to deliver communications or process transactions resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliz login credentials. You must not share your password or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jilliz customer support immediately.
4.4 KYC Verification. jilliz implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Access to certain Platform features, including higher withdrawal limits, may be restricted pending KYC completion.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. jilliz accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. jilliz reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all e-wallet methods. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction in the jilliz Cashier.
5.3 Currency. All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made through USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as displayed in the jilliz Cashier.
5.4 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your jilliz Account are sourced from a legitimate account held in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited. jilliz will not be responsible for any losses arising from the use of a payment method registered to a third party.
5.5 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are credited to your jilliz Account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the financial institution.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed the required KYC verification process for their requested withdrawal amount and have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus credits. Funds derived solely from bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
6.2 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless an approved exception is granted by jilliz customer support. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 2 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be queued for the next available processing window.
6.4 Verification Holds. jilliz reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request for up to 5 business days for security verification, enhanced due diligence, or AML compliance review. The Player will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended hold and of the documentation required to resolve it.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed in the jilliz Cashier at the time of withdrawal request. jilliz reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk management policies.
7.1 Bonus Terms. All jilliz bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to: wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is activated), minimum qualifying deposit amounts, maximum bet limits when a bonus is active, eligible game restrictions, and expiry timeframes.
7.2 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active on a jilliz Account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or to combine promotional offers in a manner not authorised by jilliz may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus credits.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, intentional low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus credits to withdrawable funds (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"), and any other conduct that jilliz, acting reasonably, determines to be designed to exploit the bonus system rather than engage genuinely with the Platform.
7.4 jilliz Rights. jilliz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or application, the decision of jilliz's compliance team is final.
8.1 Certified RNG. All jilliz casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel. jilliz does not alter game mathematics outside of certified parameters.
8.2 Individual Game Rules. Each game available on the jilliz Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. jilliz will not compensate Players for losses attributable to a failure to understand applicable game rules.
8.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, communication error, or software fault that affects a game outcome, jilliz reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the wager amount. Winnings generated through a provably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.
8.4 Bet Acceptance. jilliz reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets accepted in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error — may be voided by jilliz. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilliz Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the jilliz Platform — including but not limited to the jilliz brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphical elements, written content, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilliz or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, adapted, framed, scraped, or reverse-engineered without the prior express written consent of jilliz.
Access to the jilliz Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any Platform content or intellectual property rights.
11.1 Age Restriction. The jilliz Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years or older in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is a mandatory step in the registration process. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately terminated and any deposits returned where practicable.
11.2 Player Tools. jilliz provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring a support request: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits and reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are effective immediately upon activation.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who choose to self-exclude from the jilliz Platform will be prevented from logging in or placing wagers for the duration of their elected exclusion period. During self-exclusion, jilliz will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Player from creating a new account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed once activated.
11.4 Problem Gambling. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, jilliz encourages you to visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance on recognising problematic gambling patterns and accessing professional support services. Gambling should be entertainment — never a means of earning income or recovering financial losses.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.2 jilliz does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may result in temporary Platform unavailability. jilliz will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.3 jilliz's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of jilliz or its authorised agents.
13.1 By jilliz. jilliz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jilliz has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; the Player's activity presents an AML, compliance, or reputational risk to jilliz; or the Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
13.2 Fund Handling on Termination. Where an Account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, jilliz reserves the right to withhold all Account funds pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately deposited and not derived from prohibited conduct, they will be returned to the Player via their original payment method following the conclusion of the investigation. Bonus credits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
13.3 By the Player. Players may request the closure of their jilliz Account at any time by contacting jilliz customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Residual Account balances will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.
jilliz processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the jilliz Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. jilliz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jilliz will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact information on their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any jilliz Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
jilliz operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with unresolved complaints that cannot be addressed through the jilliz internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to the relevant PAGCOR compliance channel.
