Access requests will be acknowledged within 3 business days and fulfilled within 15 business days, subject to identity verification. jilliz may charge a reasonable administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Most account details can be updated directly through your jilliz Account settings. For corrections to KYC documentation or identity records, please contact the DPO or customer support.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other lawful basis applies), or where processing is unlawful. This right is subject to overriding legal obligations — jilliz cannot delete data that it is required to retain by PAGCOR or AML regulations during the applicable retention period.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds of legitimate interest, including for direct marketing purposes. If you object to marketing communications, you may opt out at any time through your account notification settings or by contacting the DPO. Opting out of marketing does not affect processing for contractual or legal compliance purposes.
You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or while an objection to processing is pending determination. During a restriction period, jilliz may continue to store your data but will not actively process it beyond storage.

The jilliz Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. jilliz does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is a mandatory step in the jilliz account registration process and is reinforced during KYC verification. Where jilliz discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that Account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted to the extent permitted by applicable law, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

jilliz's game library includes titles provided by third-party software providers. These providers may process limited gameplay data (as described in Section 6) in their capacity as data processors under contracts with jilliz. They are not permitted to use this data for their own marketing or commercial purposes independent of jilliz's instructions.
